Ever been in a situation where you don’t see the outcome of it?
Have people told you to pray and trust God?
Are you having trouble trusting God in your situation?
Trusting God can be hard! He speaks to us through His Word, through other people, and maybe even through songs. However which way, He speaks to us.
He will speak to us during our quiet moments, sad moments, happy moments, or whatever mood we’re in. He will speak great things in our lives whether now or in the future.
But, how do we trust Him on the things He speaks when we can’t see a way out?
For instance, God placed it in my heart to start this blog. But, I don’t know where this blog will go! I know how to function a blog and make it pretty, but seeing the other side of this blog of where it will go is like walking through fog.
All you can do is press forward!
Is there something that God has asked you to trust Him in? Do you not see the other side of it?
To have trust is to have faith. Faith is the proof of what is not seen. (Heb 11:1).
The proof of what is not seen? To me, that is a bit scary!
We all have dreams of what our life will look like in 10+ years. We all in one point of our lives have pictured our future self and what we will be doing.
For most, it’s having the dream job, dream house, dream car, family, etc. Or maybe something you’re very passionate about but, you somehow don’t SEE how it will happen.
To believe that something will happen before it does happen is called faith.
But how do we trust God?
How can we continue trusting God?
The only way to trust God is to obey!
When God had asked Abraham to go to the land of Canaan, Abraham had no idea where he was going. All he did was packed up his things and go in the direction that God has instructed him to go.
When God had asked Moses to deliver his people from the Egyptians, Moses was unsure how because Moses had a speech problem. (Ex 4:10) However, he obeyed and was able to deliver them and walk through the Red Sea as if it were dry land.
When God tells you to trust in Him, obey! Obey when He asks you to do things that make no sense to you.
Why shall we obey if it doesn’t make sense, to begin with?
According to James, faith without action is dead! (Jms 2:17).
In order to get to where we want to be in the future, you need to work on the things NOW to get there. You need to put God in everything you work on. Trust Him on the things that you are learning now so, He can fulfill that promise in the future.
You can sit there and believe that God will bring you to that great calling, promise, etc. But, what good is it if you don’t apply any work to it? Faith without work is dead!Faith without works is dead! #Christian #Jesus #Inspiration #God #faith Click To Tweet
Regardless of what God asks us to do, even when it doesn’t make sense, we shall obey because it is to strengthen our faith. It is to help us reach to our promises that He made for us.
God puts us in situations that don’t make sense and honestly, we are not to understand. We are to trust Him with all our hearts. (Pr 3:5).
That’s the problem with most of us. We have to understand everything. To understand everything is to make sense of everything. Sometimes, too much understanding can hurt us. Therefore, God doesn’t require to understand but to trust it. Trust Him on the things that seem to have no outcome.
Your faith doesn’t need to be great when you start to trust God. It can be small as a mustard seed. You know how small that is?
If God can accept your faith that small and still make great miracles in your life, imagine what He can do if you had greater faith in Him?
When things don’t make sense at the moment, don’t question it! Just believe that there is an outcome to every situation in your life.
Along with this post, I have made this free crossword printable for you to have. There are so many ways to bible study and so I thought it would be fun to have a crossword to go with the post.

Have faith in God even when things don’t seem to be coming together. Have faith in everything you do because without faith in action, it’s dead. Trusting in Him and avoid trying to understand His purpose for you in your life. Everything will come together in His timing.
